Women who carry themselves with confidence and are aware of their surroundings are much less likely to get attacked. Much of what we study in our two-session self defense seminars are these basic principles. By pairing discussion and hands-on techniques we make sure you are as mentally and physically prepared as possible.
Rather than teaching you dozens of techniques that you'll quickly forget, we practice a few techniques that can be used in many different situations. We then practice these techniques until you are comfortable with the movements and feel prepared.

What to Expect
By providing you with a basic "toolbox"of techniques and strategies, we equip you with the tools to keep yourself safe and out of dangerous situations.
So, whether you are a college student, living alone for the first time or just want to feel safer and more confident, this self-defense course is the perfect option. We make our classes fun but very informative. Any skill or fitness level is more than welcome to join in!
Our women's self defense classes are broken up into basic and advanced classes. Each is 2 - 2.5 hours in length, and begin with discussions on safety and prevention and practical, physical techniques.
